Jacque' DeLaney Brant, 63, of Columbia, died Friday, March 31, 2017. Born in Watson, Arkansas on October 18, 1953, she was a daughter of the late JW and Allie Bernice Irons Falls. Jacque was a purchasing manager with Metso Mineral and a member of Garden of Grace UCC. She was an US Army Veteran and lifetime member of the American Legion.

Survivors include her wife, Tameri "Pepper" Suzonn Brant of Columbia; a sister, Mary Frances Nanny (Wayne) of Arkansas; nephews, Will Pickett, James Dewayne and Jay Daniel Sanders; and niece, Ava Reyes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Pamela (Jackie) Sanders; and brothers, James Michael and Jay Max Lynn "Buzzy" Falls.

The funeral service for Mrs. Brant will be held Noon Tuesday, April 4th at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road, Columbia with interment to follow in Ft. Jackson National Cemetery. The Rev. Andy Sidden will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 o'clock Monday evening at the funeral home.
