Wendy Ann Cimino, 45, of Columbia, SC, passed away on May 20, 2023. Wendy was born February 9, 1978, to Brenda Roth. She is survived by her loving husband, Anthony Cimino, daughter Sophia Cimino, mother Brenda Roth, father-in-law Nick Cimino, sister-in-law Meredith Cimino Dunbaker, brother-in-law Cory Dunbaker and lifelong friend and sister-in-love Mary Browning Marek. She was predeceased by her mother-in-law Carla Cimino.

Wendy was a graduate of Columbia College where she received her undergraduate degree in mathematics. She later studied at the University of South Carolina, where she earned her master's degree in statistics. In addition to her love of math, she was a beautiful dancer, an animal lover and, most importantly, an amazing mom, her most important job of all. Wendy was beautiful, brilliant, loving, silly, and wonderfully quirky all at the same time.

A memorial gathering will be held at 1 o'clock, Saturday, June 10, 2023, at Shives Funeral Home Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Extension, Columbia, SC, 29223. The Cimino family requests privacy during this difficult time and does not wish to receive visitors at their residence.
