Alma Fagan Frick, 86, of Columbia, died Wednesday, December 31, 2014. Mrs. Frick was born in Fairfield County on July 7, 1928, a daughter of the late Wade Hampton Fagan and Addie Walker Fagan. She received a degree in nursing and worked as the employee health nurse at Providence Hospital. Mrs. Frick was a member of North Trenholm Baptist Church, she was strong in her faith and always enjoyed helping others.

Mrs. Frick is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, James and Mitzi Frick and Donald and Tracy Frick, all of Columbia; her grandchildren, Jimbo, Edward, Todd, Allison, and Austin; as well as a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Frick was preceded in death by her husband, James Harold Frick as well as a son, Steven E. Frick; three brothers, and five sisters.

The funeral service for Mrs. Frick will be held 10 o'clock, Saturday, January 3rd at North Trenholm Baptist Church, 6515 North Trenholm Road, Columbia, with The Rev. R. Joseph Copeland officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church beginning at 9 o'clock.
