Florence N. Clark, 86, of Elgin, SC, died on Wednesday, October 27, 2021. Born in Columbia, SC, on August 23, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Barney Paul Neeley and Sadie Ella Rodgers. Ms. Clark loved to travel and shag dance in her younger years. She enjoyed yardwork and gardening; one of her greatest accomplishments was building her own koi pond in her yard. Ms. Clark loved to play word games on the computer with her family and friends. Survivors include her children, Janice Woodley (Rance), Kenneth Robbins (Bobbie), and Lynda Bonds (Tony), Delora Simmons (Dana); grandchildren, Jennifer Woodley, Jason Woodley (Rachael), Joshua Woodley (Shawna); Kevin Robbins, Lee Robbins (Jean), Teri Tidwell, BJ Andrews, Chris Andrews (Ashley), Eric Andrews (Melisa), Alexus Gmehlin (Connor), Novie Bonds Locklear (Jason), T.J. Bonds, James Bonds (Jennifer), Alston Bonds (Miranda), Noel Lyles (Lolo), April Braddy (Kyle); 32 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and three siblings. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, James D. Robbins, and Tarrel Jefferson Clark; children, David Robbins, Audrey Ward; grandson Jim Robbins; and six siblings. Visitation will be held at 10 o'clock, Saturday, November 6, 2021, at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, with a funeral service to follow at 11 o’clock. Burial will take place afterwards at Greenlawn Memorial Park. All are welcome to attend, however, masks and social distancing practices are strongly encouraged.
