Dale Kaloplastos, 70, of Gaston, died Sunday, January 24, 2021. Born October 24, 1950, in Ft. Hood, TX, she was a daughter of the late Emmanuel Nick Kaloplastos and Ruth Mary Vitzthum Kaloplastos. Survivors include her son, Ric Kaloplastos (Terri) of Columbia, SC; daughter, Tammy Sheppard (Jimmy) of Gaston; grandchildren, Alexandria Borys (Tyler), Brandon Kaloplastos, Ashley Baugher; great-grandchildren, Morgan Newman, Alexander Kaloplastos and Tyler John Borys Jr., as well as four sisters and one brother. In addition to her parents, Dale was also preceded in death by a sister and brother. The graveside service for Ms. Kaloplastos will be held at 11 o’clock, Thursday, January 28th, at St. Patrick Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service.
