Mr. Wayne Dennis Weiler, 73, of Columbia, died Friday, January 9, 2015. Born July 24, 1941 in Chicago, IL, he was a son of the late Richard Philip Weiler and Mildred Mae Tennessen Weiler.
Mr. Weiler, a US Army veteran, worked in sales throughout his life, owning businesses in Illinois and South Carolina. A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Mr. Weiler served as a stake missionary, and was a worker in the Temples in Illinois and South Carolina.

Survivors include his loving wife, Yvonne Black Weiler; children, Troy, Todd, Kasondra, Monica, and Richard; and thirty grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter Marchelle; and by his sister Beverly.

A graveside service for Mr. Weiler will be held 12 o'clock, Tuesday, January 13th, at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, with Bishop Joseph Floyd officiating.
