Alice Elizabeth "Beth" Morrison, 67, of West Columbia, died peacefully at her home, Friday, December 29, 2017 surrounded by her family. Born January 26, 1950 in Columbia, she was a daughter of the late William Fletcher Walker and Alice Umont Walker.

Survivors include her daughters, Sharon Lynn Rish (Bryan), Alice Roxanne Pound (Thomas); six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; siblings, William Fletcher Walker, Jr. (Sue Edwards), Marilyn Walker Lomas, Lorraine Walker Abell (Richard); uncle, Michael Peer (Jeannie); aunt, Helen Daughtery and nine nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Michael "Mike" Morrison; and brother, Henry King Walker.

A funeral service will be held 2 o'clock, Wednesday, January 3rd, at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia. Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, from 6 until 8 o'clock at the funeral home.
