Aicha "Alice" Cohen Stringer, 86, of Columbia, passed away Thursday, February 28, 2019. Aicha was born in Marrakech, Morocco. She was a devoted and loving mother who raised three children in Goose Creek, South Carolina. Aicha loved drinking coffee every day, enjoyed cooking, watching classic shows on TV (Golden Girls), and listening to music (Dean Martin).

Aicha is survived by her daughter, Julie Stringer Napoli (Joseph); son, David Stringer; and daughter, Michelle D. English (Christopher); grandchildren, Peter Napoli, Sean Napoli, Teresa Farris, Jennifer Napoli Denzik, Constance Napoli Wilson, Aldo Napoli, Nicholas English and Katelyn English; and many great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held 3:30 o'clock, Friday, March 1, 2019 at Beth Shalom Arcadia Lake Cemetery with Rabbi Jonathan Case officiating.
