Obituary
Allie P. Dillard, 94, of Shallotte, NC, formerly of Columbia, SC, died on Thursday, June 10, 2021. Born on February 3, 1927 in Glen Alpine, NC, she was a daughter of the late Oliver and Ethel Perkins.
Ms. Allie enjoyed gardening and loved spending time collecting antiques.
Survivors include her son, William "Tony" G. Dillard and his wife, Charlotte; along with many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William G. Dillard; son, Mark; daughters, Jennifer, Tina; sister, Pauline; and brothers Paul, Dick, and Jack.
A funeral service for Ms. Allie will be held 2 o'clock, Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, with The Rev. Jacqueline Utley officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will greet friends at the funeral home prior to the service beginning at 1:15 o'clock.
