Andrea Delores White, 69, of Gaston, died Thursday, July 26, 2018. Born in Camden, SC, she was a daughter of Florence Hopkins Sharpley and the late Grady Grooms. Andrea was married to Lonnie White for 50 years. A soft-spoken woman with a heart of gold, she loved her children and grandchildren and enjoyed camping, reading her Bible and watching "Days of Our Lives."

In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by her daughters, Tina Bernhagen (Freddie), Tisha Champ White, Doris Childress (Mark); eight grandchildren, Devin, Kori, Jack, Talan, Sarah, Heath, Hannah, and Kaylie; siblings, Darlene Merrell, Debra Hancock (James), Nancy Plaia (Lucky), Lisa Rochefort (David), Billy Grooms (Becky), Roy Sharpley (Marge) and Ken Sharpley.

A service will be held 3 o'clock, Saturday, July 28th, at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia, with The Reverend James A. Goudelock officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 2 o'clock. Interment will follow the service in Elmwood Cemetery.
