Ann Frick Wiles, 85, of Blythewood, went to her eternal life, Wednesday, February 7, 2024. The Celebration of Life will be held at 10 o'clock am, Monday February 12, 2024, at St. Andrews Lutheran Church, Blythewood, which she loved and where she was a lifetime member. Rev. Ralph Stillwell, Pastor David Mitchell and Pastor Antonio Ibarra will be officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday, February 11th from 4 until 6 o'clock at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel.

Born in Blythewood, SC, on April 29, 1938, she was a daughter of the late John Boyd Frick, Sr. and Catherine Forbes Frick. She enjoyed poetry, going to the theater, traveling with the Golden Girls and road trips with her daughters. Spending time with her family and friends, as well as shopping, were her passions. She also had a deep love for flowers and birds. Mrs. Wiles worked for BellSouth, Palmetto Health Baptist and retired after 32 years from Palmetto Health Richland (Prisma Health) Laboratory Blood Bank Department.

Mrs. Wiles is survived by her two daughters, Jo Anne Liner (Kevin), Deborah Tilley (Tommy); grandsons, Jeffery Liner (Manami), Stephen Liner; granddaughter, Faith Tilley; great-grandsons Griffin Liner and Waylon Jeffcoat; great-granddaughters Kana Liner, Sana Liner, Reina Liner and Jolee Liner; brothers, John Frick (Lois) and David Frick (Barbara); her other children in her heart, Jean Tilley, Jeannie Dailey, Ann Langley and Ervin Ajanel; numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Wiles was preceded in death by her parents, John and Catherine Frick. She was joyfully reunited with her husband, Joseph Wiles, her daughter, Karen Kersey and Emilio Hidalgo.

She fought the good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith.
