Annie Ruth Howell, 60, of Gaston, died on Tuesday, November 13, 2012. Born on August 8, 1952 in Batesburg, SC, she was a daughter of the late Kennerly Reuban Oswald and Nellie Louise Argoe Oswald.

Survivors include her daughters, Sandy (Doug) Greer of Lexington, SC, Leanne Smith of Batesburg, SC; her sons, Jeffery Puckett of Lugoff, SC, Charles (Tonya) Puckett of Lexington, SC; brothers, Gerald (Angie) Oswald of Lexington, SC, Karl (Karen) Oswald, of Gaston, SC; as well as fifteen grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her brother, Kent Oswald; and grandchildren, Taylor and Brianna Puckett.

The family invites friends to call at the home of Betty Jean McCullough, 132 Buggy Rd, Batesburg, SC, Friday evening, November 16th, from 5 until 9 o'clock. Gestures of sympathy may be directed to the McCullough home as well. Shives Funeral Home is assisting the family.
