Barbara "Kathy" O'Kelly Paul, 62, of Eastover, died on Friday, December 12, 2025. Born in Anchorage, Alaska, on February 17, 1963, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Frances Wilson O'Kelly. Mrs. Paul was a devoted member of McLeod Methodist Church and deeply loved her family. She particularly loved her grandchildren and enjoyed having them in her home. For over 23 years, she was a faithful employee of Fort Jackson Victory Bingo.

Survivors include her husband, Phillip S. Paul; daughter, Heather Barefoot (Michael); grandchildren, Keltin Labrador, Alyssa Barefoot, Jaley Labrador and Joseph Barefoot; siblings, Mary Sumner, Jimmy (Cindy) O'Kelley, William "JJ" O'Kelly and Gracie Westbrook; as well as many nieces, nephews and loved ones.

She is preceded was death by her mother and father; sister, Elizabeth Ann; and son, Kelly Joe.

A celebration of life for Mrs. Paul will be held at 1 o'clock on Saturday, January 3rd, at McLeod Methodist Church, 11640 Garners Ferry Rd, Eastover SC 29044. A reception will immediately follow at the church. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
