Elizabeth "Beth" Boney Nettles, age 67, died peacefully at home on October 25, 2021. Born on September 13, 1954, she was preceded in death by her father Thomas E. Boney and her brother Dean Boney.

She is survived by her mother Zelda J. Boney, son Matt Timmons (Allison), daughter Megan Timmons, grandchildren, Matthew, Benjamin and Madeline Timmons and her 4 legged babies, Monkey and Dakota.

Beth grew up in Blythewood, S.C. where she learned to play basketball and was a member of Sandy Level Baptist Church. Beth enjoyed her summers at family reunions and attending camp Crestridge in Ridgecrest, N.C. Beth graduated from Spring Valley and studied Psychology at Baylor University.

Beth had a great love for her family and an even deeper love for the mountains. She enjoyed many trips to the mountains with her family and especially her grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 o'clock, October 29th, Friday afternoon at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext, Columbia, S.C.

The graveside service will be held at 11 o'clock Saturday October 30th at Sandy Level Baptist Church, 408 Blythewood Road, Blythewood, S.C.
