Betty Louise Randleman, 82, of Blythewood, died Sunday, July 15, 2018. Born on January 18, 1936, in Winston-Salem, NC, she was a daughter of the late Paul Miller and Ethel Woodcliff Randleman. Betty was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who was loved and cherished by her entire family. She loved to garden and in her early years was an avid bowler. Betty enjoyed gathering with her family for Sunday Dinners.
Survivors include her sons, James W. Wilson, Jr. (Robin), Paul M. Wilson; daughters, Debra D. Wilson and Kathy E. Raines (Preston); grandchildren, Chara Hope Carder (Chris), Lanny E. Spake (Allison), Kaitlin Wilson Loveless (Reid), Jarrett Paul Wilson, Meagan Leigh Wilson and Carrie Elizabeth Wilson; great-grandchildren, Taylor Carder, Caleigh and Rileigh Spake; and a special friend, Jeanie McCarty. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
The service for Mrs. Randleman will be held 3 o'clock, Thursday, July 19th at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia. A committal service at Memorial Gardens of Columbia will be private. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 2 o'clock.
