Beulah Orba Malman, 96, of Columbia, died peacefully Friday, July 3, 2015. Born in Cottage Hill, KS on April 20, 1919, she was a daughter of the late George Roepke and Orba Stewart Johnson. She was a member of Eau Claire Presbyterian Church and worked for JC Penny for 32 years.

Survivors include her daughters, Jody (Charles) Hawkins of Corinth, TX, and Gayle O'Kelly of Columbia; a sister, Genie Long of Marysville, KS; grandchildren, Brett, Dustin and Chasetin Fleming; great-grandchildren, Kale, Trent, Ryan, and Matthew. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Malman; and a brother, Daryl Roepke.

A graveside service will be held at 12 o'clock, Tuesday, July 7th at Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens, 2603 Two Notch Road, Columbia. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 o'clock, Monday evening at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel.
