Mrs. Bonnie Jean Robinson (81), of Elgin, SC, wife of retired Master Sergeant Allen Robinson entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 31st, 2025. Born on November 24th, 1944, in New Albany, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Stillman Oval Cummins and Lola Mae Kaiser Cummins.
A 1961 graduate of New Albany High School, Jean began her professional life with the L&N Railroad until she married her devoted husband of 55 years. Jean was a loyal member of Windsor United Methodist church and enjoyed a long, dedicated career with Richland School District 2.
An avid traveler and a lifelong reader, Jean always had a new book in her hand. She cherished her monthly lunch dates with her OATSS group but most of all, her family was the center of her life. She was always behind the camera capturing the moments that became precious memories. Jean will be remembered for her kind, gentle, and faithful heart -- a truly one-of-a-kind soul who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
