Brandon Allan Foster, 20, of Blythewood, died Friday, August 16th, 2013. Born in Honolulu, HI, he was the son of Grant Allan Foster and Kathy Miller Foster. Brandon graduated from Blythewood High School in 2011 and attended Clemson University, and Midlands Technical College. He was a beloved son, brother, and friend. He loved motorcycles and spending time with his family and friends.

Survivors include his parents, Grant and Kathy Foster; sister, Kristen Foster; brother, James Foster; all of Blythewood; paternal grandparents, Marshall (Joan) Foster of Tiburon, CA; maternal grandmother, Goldie Miller of Columbia; aunts, Pat (Steve) Macaruso of Columbia, Tara Foster of Brooklyn, NY, uncles, Whitney (Carey) Foster of Atlanta, GA, Mike Miller of Gaston, Marshall Blair (Wendy) Foster of Vallejo, CA; cousins, Natalie and Katy Macaruso, Kiley and Elaine Foster, Kathryn and Jack Foster, Thomas, Sarah, and Tate Foster. Brandon was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James A. Miller.

A funeral to celebrate Brandon's life will be held at 2 o'clock, Wednesday, August 21st at Shives Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, 5202 Colonial Drive, Columbia. Interment will follow in Fair Lawn United Methodist Church cemetery. Family will receive friends beginning at 12 o'clock on Wednesday at Shives Funeral Home.
