Brendon Wyatt Beckham, 21, of Columbia, went to his heavenly home on Thursday, December 1, 2022. Born on February 1, 2001, he was a graduate of Irmo High School.

Wyatt will be missed every day by his parents, Reginald "Reggie", Jr. and Corissa Beckham, Elizabeth Crossland, James and Analisa Smith; brothers, Ben Coogler, Joshua Robinson, Bradlee Beckham and Landen Joiner; grandparents, Reginald (Papa Rrrr), Sr. and Sheila Beckham, Brenda Sweatt Beckham, Donald and Verna Lee Smith, and Linda McGriff, as well as aunts, uncles, nephews, many cousins and friends that loved him deeply.

Wyatt had a love of sports, he played little league football as a child and was on the Irmo High wrestling team. Wyatt was so gifted at making people laugh and had a patient way with children and animals. His favorite childhood memories were hunting, camping, fishing and joking around with his beloved Dad and brothers. He spent his last days with family and watching football. Those who knew Wyatt, lost a shining light in their lives. Please share Wyatt's love of laughter and music (especially Led Zeppelin and the Red Hot Chili Peppers) and be kind to one another. Cherish Wyatt's memory as the beautiful gift it is.

The memorial service for Wyatt will be held at 11 o'clock, Saturday, December 10th, at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia, with Pastor John Long officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the funeral home beginning at 10 o'clock.
