West Columbia - Caroline S. Wise, 86, of West Columbia went home to her Heavenly Father, Wednesday, February 21, 2017. Ms. Wise was born in Orangeburg County, SC to the late Benjamin Delay and Mammie Brownlee Smith. She worked for Shelia's Fashion Trend and was a faithful viewer of First Baptist Church of Columbia's Sunday broadcast.

She is survived by her daughters, Marie Chandler (Ancil), Angela Coggins (Sam) and Kimberly Hite (Lane); grandchildren, Dargan, Deanna, Brittany, and Forrest; great grandchildren, Lake and Reign; step-children, Wanda Evans (Larry), Michael Wise (Mia); step-grandchildren, Rebecca, Larry, Scott, Corley, Patrick, Jessica, Joshua; step-great-grandchildren, Timothy, Melody, Mandy, Clinton, Savannah, Marshall, Allison, Kailin. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Teresa Wise Lewis.

The service will be private. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
