Cassandra Elease Morgan Graves Whack, 63, of Hopkins, departed Friday, June 27, 2014. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd Graves and Barbara Morgan Graves. Cassandra retired from Ft. Jackson, where she worked as a medical technologist, and enjoyed crocheting and making bead jewelry.

Survivors include her daughters, Adrienne, Shanelle and Renée Whack.; grandchildren, Christopher Sharpe, Resean Lane, Ebonie and Bailee Sharpe, Desire and Cherish Whack, and Serenity Wilson; brother, Latin F. Graves, Sr.; as well as two nephews; and many aunts and cousins.

The funeral service for Ms. Whack will be held 5 o'clock, Thursday, July 3rd, at Shives Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, 5202 Colonial Dr, Columbia. The family will receive friends prior to the service, beginning at 4 o'clock.
