Ms. Cathy Joann Quinton, 69, of West Columbia, died on Monday, March 18, 2024. She was born to the late Allie D. Quinton and Viva Lee Quinton on August 30, 1954 in Valdosta, GA.


She is survived by her neighbor and close friend, Sharon Laws; aunt, Katie Ailey; and cousins, Bill Ailey and Brian Ailey.


The memorial service for Cathy will be held on Wednesday, March 27, at 2 o'clock at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 3909 Forest Drive, Columbia, SC.


Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
