Cecil Anthony "Grumpy" "Huck" Rabon, Sr, 71, of Elgin, died Monday, July 24, 2017. Born June 20, 1946, in Lee County, SC, he was a son of the late Joseph Rabon and Vermell Watson Rabon Hair.

Mr. Rabon was a member of Nazareth Pentecostal Holiness Church. He was a loving father and grandfather, as well as a hardworking man and jokester.

Survivors include a son, Cecil Rabon, Jr.; daughters, Pamela Sandifer (Andy), Dawn Richburg (Wayne), and Michelle Rabon; six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Also surviving is a brother, Charlie Rabon (Barbara) of Timmonsville; and a sister, Victoria "Vic" Coker of Sumter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Helen Dukes Rabon; and his second wife, Carolyn Dianne Ross Rabon.

A graveside service for Mr. Rabon will be held 3 o'clock, Tuesday, August 1st at Greenlawn Memorial Park Serenity Gardens.
