Christian Reuel Edwin Golden, 32, of Greenville, affectionally known as Chris, was born on November 11, 1991 in Columbia, South Carolina. He attended and graduated from Covenant Classical Christian School and then attended and graduated from North Greenville University.

Christian has always had a passion for cooking and found comfort in the kitchen. He was employed by RJ Rockers in Spartanburg as a kitchen manager. Although he lived and worked in Greenville and Spartanburg, Columbia was always home.

Christian leaves to miss and mourn his passing the three ladies who loved him, Jan, Shara, and Shelly; the "Bros", Caleb (who he called Twin), David (Sarah), and Jonathan; three nieces, Aaliyah, Chandler, and Aubree Golden; one nephew, Maverick Golden; two uncles, Edwin Walker, and Darreyl (Margaret) Walker; two aunts, Elizabeth Jackson and Claudette Golden; and many, many cousins.

Christian's laughter was infectious, his cooking was delicious, and his love was contagious!

A service will be held at 1 o'clock, Thursday, June 13th, at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. The burial will follow the service in Centerville Cemetery, Ridgeway, SC.
