Christopher Todd Rabon

Christopher Todd Rabon, 39, of Columbia, died on Saturday, April 18, 2026. Born in Columbia, SC, on April 2, 1987, he was a son of Allison Dawn Varnadore Gregory and the late Charles Mark Rabon. Todd enjoyed playing sports, particularly soccer. He spent many years playing travel soccer where he made many friends. He was baptized and became a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church in Blythewood. Todd deeply loved his daughter, Allie, and supported her at her softball and volleyball games.

In addition to his mother, Dawn Gregory and her husband, Rick Gregory, Todd is survived by his daughter, Allison Bess Rabon; his devoted companion, Lauren Kelly; paternal grandmother, Betty Rabon; sister, Krystal and her husband John; nephews, John and Jack; as well as half-siblings, Jynifer and Justin. He was preceded in death by his father, Mark; paternal grandfather, Charles; and maternal grandparents, Curtis and Joe Anne; and nephew, Talan.

The funeral service for Todd will be held privately. Burial will be in Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
