Clara Mae Kelley, 76, of Elgin, died Wednesday, June 11, 2014. Born in Lyons, GA on October 3, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Vallard Moseley and Clara Boyd Moseley. She was a member of the Red Hats Society, the Kershaw County Quilting Club, and attended First Baptist Church of Columbia.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Kelley; a sister, Fannie Lou Miles of Blythewood; sister-in-law, Theresa (Herbert) Foster of Palo Alto, CA; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Allen Moseley, Ernest Moseley, The Rev. Earl Moseley, Vallard Moseley, Jr., Billy Moseley, and Boyd Moseley; a sister, Annie Lee Anderson.

The service for Mrs. Kelley will be held at 12 o'clock, Saturday, June 14th at Shives Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, 5202 Colonial Drive, Columbia with The Rev. Dean Reynolds officiating.
