Constance "Connie" Coulter Kelly, 69, of Columbia, died at her home on Saturday, May 18, 2019. Connie was born in Springfield, Minnesota, on April 19, 1950, to Hugh and Juanita Jenkins Coulter. Following the death of her mother at a young age, Connie was raised by her father and step-mother, Myrtle B. Coulter. She earned an associate degree in Interior Design and later worked for Ethan Alan as an Interior Designer. Connie made a lasting impact on each person that she met. She deeply loved her small, close knit family and enjoyed spending time with them as often as she could.

Connie is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Wendall Kelly; a daughter, Blythe Kelly; and numerous extended family members. She is preceded in death by her father, mother and stepmother.

A time to celebrate Connie's life will be held from 4 until 7, Sunday, June 2nd, at Cellar on Greene in Five Points, 2001 Greene Street D, Columbia. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
