Cynthia Ann O'Kelley

Cynthia "Cindy" Ann O'Kelley, 58, of Hopkins, South Carolina, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2026. Born on May 1, 1967, in Columbia, South Carolina, she was the beloved daughter of Hope and Johnny Hagins, Sr.

Cindy was a devoted member of Compass Church of Columbia and a faithful employee of Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union, where she dedicated 38 years of service. She was known for her kindness, strong work ethic, and unwavering love for her family and community.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jimmy O'Kelley; her son, Jonathon O'Kelley; and her daughter, Amanda O'Kelley. She is also survived by her sister, Jennifer (Stephen) Cain; her brother, Johnny Hagins, Jr. (Kathy), her siblings-in-law, Mary Sumner, Phillip Paul, William "JJ" O'Kelly, and Gracie Westbrook; as well as many cherished nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

A celebration of Cindy's life will be led by her pastor, Ronnie Gregory, at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Shives Funeral Home, 7600 Trenholm Road Extension, Columbia, South Carolina 29223.

Cindy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
