Obituary
Dale Thomas Kruse, 71, preceded his wife, Lynnette Marie Kruse, 76, in death by 4 short days, in Aiken.
Dale was born in Las Vegas, NM on April 30, 1949 to Henry and Bethta Ferris Gommill Kruse. Lynnette was born in Brooklyn, NY, on December 25, 1944 to James and Louise Wood Corda.
Dale and Lynette spent many happy years in Corrales, NM before retiring to Aiken. Dale was an excellent cabinet maker, and Lynnette was a long-time educator. They loved to go camping – both in New Mexico and South Carolina. They were very active in their church and volunteering in their community.
Dale and Lynnette are survived by their siblings: Charles, Mary, Becky, David and Karen, John, and Charles. Their children are: Aaron Kruse, Alaska; Angela Rietmann (Jeff Henington), NM; Jason (Tracy) Reitmann, New York; Pam Spargo, NM. They also leave behind 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Dale and Lynnette were laid to rest in a private ceremony at Greenhaven Preserve, Eastover, SC. on December 29, 2020.
Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
