Dave Behning, 74, of Ridgeway, SC, passed away peacefully on April 3, 2025, at his home. He was born on December 14, 1950, in Indianapolis, IN, to Fred Behning Sr., and Marjorie Elliott Behning. He was the second of five brothers and is survived by Fred Jr., Larry, Doug, and George Behning and their families.

Dave loved the outdoors and his dogs. He was active in the British Car Club of Midlands SC. His travels took him from Indianapolis to Virginia Beach, VA, Rockville, MD, Bloomington, IN, Arlington, TX, and finally to Ridgeway, SC, where he hand built his own lake house, garage, and cabin retreat. Prior to his retirement, Dave was employed at Torque Converter Services of Columbia, SC, and developed a strong relationship with owner Cameron Bradham, who will preside at a private memorial ceremony near Dave's beloved lake.
