Dolores Branham Wilson, 83, of Ridgeway died on Friday, January 5, 2024. Born in Ridgeway, SC, on August 3, 1940, she was a daughter of the late Willie Sub and Daisy Mattox Branham. Ms. Wilson was a graduate of Ridgeway High School and worked for Citizens & Southern (C&S) Bank before retiring from Bank of Ridgeway. She was a longtime member of Sawney's Creek Baptist Church and recently attended Aimwell Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her sons, Bobby Gene Wilson, Jr. (Susan) and Ashley Brian "Ash" Wilson (Ashley); grandsons, William Preston "Davis" Wilson (Tori Hedrick), James Robert "Crawford" Wilson (Taylor), Ashley Brian "P.J." Wilson (Katie), and Robert "Rob" William Wilson (Abby Rawl); great-granddaughter, Ellory Wilson; sisters, Billie Faye Monroe (Richard), Teresa Lake (Mike); nieces and nephews; and former husband, Bobby Gene Wilson, Sr.

The funeral service for Ms. Wilson will be held at 2:30, Saturday, January 13th, at Aimwell Presbyterian Church, 245 S Means St, Ridgeway, 29130, with the Rev. Erwin Threatt officiating. Burial will follow in Sawney's Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, 45 Church Dr., Ridgeway, SC. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service beginning at 1 o'clock. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family. Serving as pallbearers will be Ms. Wilson's four grandsons and two nephews.
