Donna Howard Osteen, 48, of Columbia, formerly of Blythewood, died Thursday, November 22, 2018. Born in Germany on March 25, 1970, she was a daughter of the late James Wayne, Sr., and Beatrice Trapp Howard. Donna was a graduate of Spring Valley High School and worked as a computer analyst for many years.

Survivors include her husband, Ben Osteen, Jr.; daughters, Shelby Hagood Stewart (Ryan), and Emma Bowes; granddaughter, Haylee Mae Stewart; special friend, Gail Cook Corn; as well as numerous uncles, aunts and cousins. In addition to her parents, Donna is preceded in death by her brother, James Wayne Howard, Jr.

The funeral service for Donna will be held 2 o'clock, Wednesday, November 28th, at Sandy Level Baptist Church, 408 Blythewood Road, Blythewood, with the Rev. Chris Hanley and the Rev. Steven Lewis officiating. Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 until 8 o'clock at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia.
