Doris Page McCabe, 91, of Columbia, passed away Tuesday, August 21, 2018. She was a daughter of the late William Paul and Louise Felkel Page. Doris was a devoted wife and married to James M. McCabe, Sr. for 72 years. She enjoyed cooking for people in the church and was known for her cakes. She was a faithful member of New Heights Church, formerly, Colonial Heights Baptist Church for 74 years.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Lynn Caba (Ed), Barbara Humphries (Don), Sandy Tribble, Jim McCabe, Jr. (Kathy); grandchildren, Susan Thompson (Jim), Rebecca Williams (Troy), Edward Caba (Amanda), Michael Humphries (Ginger), Kelley Anderson (Brad), Erin Wilson (Evan), Meg Milne (Stephen) and Robin Humphries; 18 great-grandchildren; brother, William "Bill" Page (Jeanette). Preceding her in death are her sisters, Frankie Lee "Sissie" Barber and Betty Barber.

The funeral service will be held 2 o'clock, Friday, August 24th, at New Heights Church, with the Reverend David Kizziah officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. The burial will follow the service in Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel is assisting the family.
