Of all the pleasures in her life, Dot's greatest pleasure was being Ma Dot to Scott, who called her the light of his life, Grum to Luke and Gram to Levi. She always claimed that she couldn't sing but loved to "Make a Joyful Noise". One of her favorite song lyrics was "I'm Just an Old Chunk of Coal but I'll Be a Diamond One Day." Now, she is shining bright as a diamond.

Survivors include sons, Doug (Susan) Enlow of Lexington, Jerry (Deborah) Enlow; daughter, Lisa (Larry) Davis, all of Blythewood; grandchildren, Christopher (Michele) Enlow, Scott (Angel) Enlow, Luke and Levi Davis; great grandchildren, Brianna and Micaela Enlow; and many nieces and nephews, including her "other daughters", Linda Watson, Vicki Johnson; and her "granddaughter", grandniece, Morgan Johnson; siblings, Pete (Martha Jean), Richard (Gale), and Carroll (Sandra) Stoudemire. In addition to her parents, Dot was preceded in death by her husband and true love,
