Mrs. Ellen Livingston Fogle Tucker, 84, of Columbia, died Friday, October 25, 2013. Born July 19, 1929, in Livingston, SC, she was a daughter of the late Walter Alexander Fogle and Hazel Livingston Fogle.
A member of Eau Claire Baptist Church, Ellen is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Leroy Ruff; second husband, James Monroe Tucker; sisters, Celeste McIntosh, Mary Laseter, and Sinclair Pou; and brothers, Walter Fogle and James Bruce Fogle.
A funeral service for Mrs. Tucker will be held 12 o'clock, Monday, October 28th, at Shives Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, 5202 Colonial Dr, with The Rev. James A. Goudelock officiating. Burial will follow at Hebron Southern Methodist Church Cemetery, Livingston, SC. The family will greet friends prior to the service, beginning at 11 o'clock.
