F. Norman Tuller, PhD, 75, of Columbia, died suddenly, but peacefully, in his sleep, at his home, Tuesday, February 12, 2019. Born in Columbia, SC, he was a son of the late William Henry Tuller and Anne Ehrlich Tuller.

After graduating from Dreher High School, he received his collegiate degrees through the PhD in chemistry from Georgia Tech and continued with post doctorate work at Northwestern University. He was a certified wine judge by the American Wine Society. Norman, a devout Christian, served in a variety of behind-the-scenes capacities at both St. John's Episcopal Church and Church of the Apostles where he was a founding member.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Martine Tuller. He is survived by his six siblings, William H. Tuller (Ginny) of Columbia, John G. Tuller (Sandy) of Honeoye Falls, NY, Anne Tuller of Columbia, Mary Davis (Craig) of Lake Wateree, Michael Tuller (Leslie) of Lake Murray and Elizabeth Tuller of Columbia. He will also be missed by his nephews and nieces and many wonderful friends. His quick wit, infectious smile and gentle spirit will by treasured by all.
