Frances Truesdale Patton, 91, of Columbia, died Sunday, January 27, 2019. Born on August 29, 1927, in Camden, SC, she was a daughter of the late Jesse Ashmore and Annie Webb Truesdale. Frances was a member of North Trenholm Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening in her free time.

Survivors include her sons, Rawley Wayne Patton (Gina), Sam Houston Patton, and McKevin Truesdale Patton; grandchildren, John, Nick, Jessica, Jennifer and Nicole.

The funeral service for Mrs. Patton will be held 1 o'clock, Wednesday, January 30th, at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia, with the Revs. David Knapp and Joe Copeland officiating. Burial will follow the service in Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 o'clock, Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
