Obituary
Franklin Eugene "Frank" Phillips, Jr., 58, of Columbia, died Tuesday, November 7, 2017. Born in Columbia, SC, on October 27, 1959, he was a son of Carlotta Cannon Daniels and the late Franklin Eugene Phillips Sr.
Survivors include his mother, Carlotta Daniels; children, Josh Phillips (Michelle), and Ashly Worthington (Camden); grandchildren, Madeline Phillips and Elyse Worthington; and a sister, Pamela Lee.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
