Obituary
Gladys Renee Traylor, 57 passed away on Wednesday, September 22, 2021. Born January 8, 1964, in Union, SC. She was the daughter of the late Robert Earl Traylor, Sr. and Laura "Myrel" Boyd Traylor. She graduated in 1982 from Chester High School and earned her bachelor's degree in hotel and tourism management from The University of South Carolina. Ms. Traylor was formerly employed as a wholesale food sales representative and as a certified real estate appraiser.
She is survived by her sister, Patricia Cromwell (Peter) of Cummings, GA; brother, Robert Traylor (Susan) of Salisbury, NC, Aunts Daisy Boyd and Eula Dubose, nephews Bryan Cromwell (Dawn) and Sean Cromwell; her extended family and many wonderful friends.
Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family and will announce further plans.
