Gregory Mark Watts, 38, of Columbia, SC, died November 11th, 2022. Gregory was born on May 20th, 1984 in Columbia, SC.

Gregory is survived by his parents, Susan and Sam Watts; his brothers, Benjamin, Jonathan (Caroline), and his twin brother, Andrew Watts; his niece Maggie; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Gregory is preceded in death by his grandparents, Lonnie and Mildred Watts and William and Betty Aycock.

Gregory was a graduate of Lancaster High School and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in history. Gregory worked at Trane Technologies as an Inventory Analyst Specialist. Gregory loved history, animals, and talking about politics. He loved to travel and go to Orlando to visit Disney World and Universal Studios where he would use his knowledge of the parks to plan trips for his family, especially his niece. Gregory will be remembered for his sweet spirit, kindness, compassion, and beautiful smile. He had a heart for people who were downtrodden or that maybe didn't quite fit in. He loved his family with passion and would do anything for them. Gregory will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved him.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 19th, 2022 at 10:30 am at Kathwood Baptist Church, 4900 Trenholm Rd. Columbia, SC. The family will receive friends at the church following the service. A private committal service will follow the reception at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Rd. Columbia, SC.
