Grover Melton Outlaw, 86, of Columbia, died Friday, January 20, 2017. Born in Richland County on March 9, 1930, he was a son of the late Levi Edmond "Ed" and Eva Goff Outlaw. Mr. Outlaw was a member of the Dutch Fork Masonic Lodge #402, Jamil Temple and Scottish Rite.

He is survived by a brother, L.E. Outlaw; a nephew and number of nieces; and a sister-in-law, Shirley Outlaw. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Dempsey and Oliver Outlaw.

The graveside service for Mr. Outlaw will be held 11 o'clock, Monday, January 23rd at Elmwood Cemetery. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
