Harvey L. Gardner, 90, of Elgin, died Friday, September 18, 2020. Born November 10, 1929, in Lugoff, SC, he was a son of the late Joseph G. and Mattie Rabon Gardner.

Survivors include his loving wife of 63 years, Vivian Campbell Gardner, as well as a multitude of extended family, friends, and constituents.

The graveside service for Mr. Gardner will be held 2 o'clock, Sunday, September 20th at Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery, 2290 Heath Pond Rd, Elgin, SC 29045 with Rev. Dr. Robert Winburn officiating. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.

Everyone is invited to attend but will be asked to abide by the state's recommendations of wearing masks and social distancing to provide a safe environment for all.
