Hazel Carson Duncan, 89, of Cayce, went to be with the Lord Saturday, May 24, 2014. Born in Hendersonville, NC on August 14, 1924, she was the daughter of Frank H. and Marie Coggins Carson. Ms. Duncan loved Jesus and was a woman of great faith. She was a dedicated member of Northstar Christian Center, in Columbia, and loved her children and grandchildren dearly, as well as cooking deserts, and quilting.

Survivors include her son, Keith (Nancy) Duncan of Marietta, GA; daughters, Lynn (Joe) Rowell of Indian Trail, NC, and Terri (Mike) Khouri of Columbia; grandchildren, Christopher and Jonathan Duncan, Todd Rowell, Jennifer Easter, and Michael and Rachel Khouri; great-grandchildren, William and Tiffany Rowell. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Charles and Stanley Carson.

Ms. Duncan's service will be held at 2 o'clock, Friday, May 30th at Northstar Christian Center, 817 Longtown Road, Columbia with The Rev. Brian Thomas officiating. Committal and inurnment will be held in Lexington Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1 o'clock.
