Hildegarde Jung Malloy, 88, of Blythewood, died Thursday, December 15, 2016. Born July 7, 1928 in Leihgestern, Germany she was a daughter of the late Karl Jung, III and Emma Elise Gretchen Jung. She was member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Melynda Cibis (Gerold) of Giessen, Germany; sons, Frank Malloy (Tamara) and Patrick Malloy (Karen) both of Blythewood; grandsons, Tommy McClain, Sascha Reiger, Frankie Malloy; granddaughter, Tanya McClain; and sister, Elfriede Jung Kauer all of Germany. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Edward Malloy; and a brother, Karl Jung (MIA in Russia during World War II).

A funeral service will be held 11 o'clock, Thursday, December 22nd at Trinity United Methodist Church, 90 Boney Road, Blythewood, with The Rev. Clyde Scott and The Rev. Kathy Griffin officiating. Interment will follow in Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 o'clock, Wednesday evening at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia.
