Columbia: James Cline Murray, 67, of Columbia, died Wednesday, July 1, 2015. Born in Henderson, NC on February 5, 1948, he was a son of James H. and Etta Mae Scott Murray. Cline was a member of All State Choir in high school, The American Philatelic Society, and was an Eagle Scout.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters, Donna (Victor) Pulliam of Cayce, Cynthia (Wells) Gibson of Little Mountain, Janet Crosby of Lexington; a brother, Robert (Lisa) Murray of Lugoff; aunts, Evelyn Harris of Henderson, NC, Pattie Tharrington and Maxine Ball, both of Louisburg, NC.

The service for Mr. Murray will be held at 4 o'clock, Sunday, July 12th at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia.
