Obituary
John Everett Webster, 57, of Gaston, died Friday, October 24, 2014. Born in Jacksonville, FL on May 17, 1957, he was a son of Daniel Webster and Mozelle Simpson Sackett.
John served in the US Army as a helicopter mechanic. He was a master mechanic and a wonderful, loving husband, father and grandfather who loved his cats and dogs.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Anne Graddick Webster; daughters, Buffie (Michael) Burr of West Columbia and Stephanie (Jerome) Adamany of KY; sisters, Sue (Tony) Allesandro of CA, Tina Mungo and Sherrie Brantley, both of FL; brothers, Jason Sackett and Todd Sackett, both of MD; step-father, Harvey Sackett of FL; 2 grandchildren and many loving dogs and cats.
A memorial service for Mr. Webster will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to Sunset Felines, 1130 Evergreen Avenue, Columbia, SC 29169, The Humane Society of South Carolina, 121 Humane Lane, Columbia, SC 29209 or Pets Inc. P. O. Box 6394, West Columbia, SC 29171.
