Mrs. Josephine Margaret Shmaydey, 92, of Columbia, died on Friday, June 9, 2023.

The graveside service for Mrs. Shmaydey will be held at 10 o'clock, Wednesday, June 14th, at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, 4170 Percival Road, Columbia. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 9 until 9:30 o'clock, at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia.
