Julia Burch Kelly, 83, of Columbia, died Tuesday, March 19, 2013. Born on June 21, 1929, in Chesterfield County, SC, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin Stephen Burch and Julia Sellers Burch. Mrs. Kelly was a graduate of Ruby High School.

Survivors include her husband, Luther Kelly; along with numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Olin D. Burch; and sister, Minnie B. Gore.

Funeral service for Mrs. Kelly will be held 3 o'clock, Friday, March 22nd, at Crescent Hill Baptist Church, 2659 Two Notch Rd., Columbia, SC 29204, with The Rev. Lee Butler officiating. Burial will follow at Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service beginning at 2 o'clock. Memorials may be made to Crescent Hill Baptist Church.
