June K. Canfield, 91, of Columbia, died on Sunday, April 4, 2021. Born July 8, 1929 in Binghamton, NY, she was a daughter of the late Robert Kilmer and Margaret DeStephano Kilmer.
A member of Forest Lake Presbyterian Church, Ms. June married the love of her life, Walter H. Canfield, on July 26, 1947.

Survivors include numerous nieces, nephews, cousins; and adopted family, Michael and Dona Corcoran. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Kilmer; and sister, Joyce Miller.

A graveside service for Mrs. Canfield will be held 3 o'clock, Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at Ft. Jackson National Cemetery with The Rev. Dr. Ellen Skidmore officiating. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel is assisting the family. All are invited to attend; however, masks are required, and social distancing is enforced to maintain a safe environment for all.
