Keith Fulmer Kell, 94, of Columbia, went to be wth the Lord on December 31, 2014 after a long battle with dementia. Born in Lexington County on September 18, 1920, she lived in Charleston most of her life and, in recent years, in Gilbert, SC. She was the daughter of the late Burt Fulmer and Lessie Mae Fulmer Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, John B. Kell.
Survivors include her daughters, Sandra K. McCord (Robert) of Myrtle Beach, Bebe Kay Wilson (George) of Columbia; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; brothers, Royce Fulmer (Karon) of Topeka, KS, Hayne Williams of Cayce, and G. Tillman Williams (Jane) of Seneca.
The funeral service for Mrs. Kell will be held at 12 o'clock, Saturday, January 3rd at Shives Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, 5202 Colonial Drive, Columbia with Chaplain (COL) Dwight Riggs, US Army (RET) officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 11:30 o'clock. Interment will follow at 4 o'clock in Carolina Memorial Gardens, 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC.
